My own website!

This is my website that most likely took me a couple of weeks to create and finish. It's features include :

Home/Index page

Pictures page

About Me page

And lastly, but not least, a Contact Me page
I personally think that this website is easy to navigate with the click of a mouse and I think the design of the headers etc. fitted with the theme and was eye-catching due to the fact that maybe the lens flares stood out a lot as well.

Lets say you want to navigate to the "Pictures" page. All you really need to do is to click on the button labeled "Pictures" and most likely it'll lead you to the appropriate page filled with tons of pictures!

I haven't really experienced any difficulties with this piece of work, although the only real difficulty I had when working on this was linking the buttons to the appropriate page on Dreamweaver, but I got enough help to recover that difficulty and overall the outcome turned out exactly how I had though it would have been.

For making all of the buttons listed above, I used the popular software program "Photoshop". The screenshots of the buttons are in the JPEG format, although I also have photoshop files for all of the 6 as well. I added some lens flares and lighting to the buttons, as well as gradients to grab the attention of the viewers.

Calorie Counter (Finished)

This is my un-finished calorie counter For now, I have used drop down lists, sums, vlookups and if statements. Although it isn't alot of work finished, I hope to release the finished version soon. Hopefully in a couple of weeks or so.

F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions)

What..
If person eats junk all day?
If a person eats junk food and/or candy (Chocolate, normal candy etc), then the calorie counter would be able to detect what kinds of fatty food they're currently eating and then it would tell them to eat less calories if they excessively eat that type of food. They may be a little bit sad if the calorie counter shows them that they have a high amount of a daily calorific intake.

Is the calorie intake?
It generally depends on the amount of food they eat, as well as the type of food they eat. For example, if someone eats a high fat meat for dinner, crisps for lunch and tea with a lot of sugar, with no questions asked, there would be a high number in the calorie intake box per day. I'm hoping to add an option requesting them if they want to know how many calories they take in a month, year etc.

What if a female eats the same food as a male?
Generally, males are born to eat more food and receive more calories than females. Females are supposed to receive lesser calories than men. It's general science, so if a female eats the same food as a male, then supposedly they are eating wrong at times. Females have lighter diets than men, so the female shouldn't have the heavy diet an average man would usually have every day or so.

How..

Is their BMR affected (the required calories)?
Their BMR is affected by their current diet. If they have a high fat diet for example, then the BMR would definitely be a lower number than their current calorie intake. And vice versa. If someone had a very low fat diet and not getting enough calories in their body, then the BMR would be somewhat higher than their current calorie intake.
